CAPPADOCIA HIGHLIGHTS TOUR
Meet at the hotel lobby in the morning and visit to Devrent Valley where various types of fairy chimneys are abundant. We will walk through this amazing valley. Thereafter visit Pasabagi (Monk's Valley) with multiple stems and caps, peculiar to this area. After visiting Pasabagi, drive to Avanos which is known for the pottery, a craft dating back to the Hittite period. The red clay which is worked by local craftsmen comes from the residue in the Kizilirmak River, the longest river of Turkey. Further to the time for lunch proceed to Goreme Open Air Museum (Dark Church is excluded; entrance requires additional admission fee) to visit the churches, chapels and monasteries carved into the fairy chimneys from the 10th to the 13th centuries with frescos painted on the walls. Thereafter time to take photos in the neighboring valleys before going back to the hotels.

VALLEYS & UNDERGROUND CITIES TOUR
Meet at the hotel lobby in the morning and visit to Rose Valley, one of the most beautiful trekking valleys in Cappadocia, and explore the famous rock- cut churches by hiking through the valley. Rest in Cavusin, an old Greek village, known for its Christian houses and churches. After having time for lunch visit Ortahisar Castle, similar to Uchisar Castle in style, where storage caves can also be observed. In the afternoon visit Kaymakli (or Ozkonak) Underground City where early Christians lived in fear and faith. On the way back visit to panoramic Pigeon Valley where pigeons contributed to the lives of locals with their manure to fertilize the vineyards. You may also like to taste Cappadocia wine in a local winery. Drive back to the hotels.
CAPPADOCIA SURROUNDINGS TOUR
Meet at the hotel lobby in the morning and drive to Ihlara Valley, created from the ashes of the volcanic Mt. Hasan. After hiking through the valley, which is watered with Melendiz River by Belisirma, proceed to Selime with hollowed out citadel and churches where fairy chimneys rest on the steep hillside. Stop at Yaprakhisar Village to take photos. In the afternoon, visit to Derinkuyu Underground City where dwellings with stables, cellars, storage rooms, refectories, churches and wineries were used as refuges for the Christian communities. HIDDEN CAPPADOCIA TOUR
Meet at the hotel lobby in the morning and visit Kaymakli Underground City, Soganli Valley, Sobesos Mosaic Houses, Taskinpasa Medresesi, Keslik Monastery, old Greek village Sinasos (Mustafapasa). Return back to the hotel.
CAPPADOCIA FOOD & CULTURE TOUR
Visit the remote village of Ayvali to feel like a true insider, as you're welcomed into a villager’s home to prepare typical Anatolian meal, learn about Turkish culinary tradition while feasting on regional specialities amongst which delicate “borek” pastries (made with cheese that’s been ripened in an earthenware jug), traditional bulgur soup, yaprak sarmasi (seasoned rice wrapped in grape leaves), manti (Turkish ravioli), dolaz (a delicious fried dessert served with local honey) can be quoted, meet local men relaxing in a ‘kiraathane/traditional coffee-house” to find out the male villagers’ life style and sample wine from the Cappadocia region. After a strong Turkish coffee bid goodbye to the friendly hosts and then stroll through Ayvali’s tiny streets at which the locals may invite you for tea or homemade desserts from their kitchens. Our visit to the village may also feature a walk to the local market on the days it will be open to check out the most interesting stalls and chat to the vendors, or, if not open, walk to the village to pick your own organic fruit, or visit one of the cool storage caves.
DAILY ANKARA TOUR
Meet at the hotel and drive to Ankara. On arrival to Ankara visit to the Anatolian Civilizations Museum at which there are numerous remnants from Stone Age, Neolithic Age, Hittites, Urartians, Phrygians and many others; Citadel of Ankara and the Mausoleum of Ataturk, the burial place of the national hero who founded modern Republic of Turkey. Continue on to the hotel or airport for the departure transfer.
DAILY KONYA TOUR
Meet at the hotel at 08:30 and then set off toward Konya along the ancient Silk Road, visiting the 13th century Sultanhan Caravanserai en route. Arrive in Konya and visit Mausoleum of Mevlana, the worldwide famous mystic figure. Time for lunch. Afterwards, visit the Ottoman Sultan Selim Mosque and 1000-year old Alaaddin Mosque, located on the prehistoric tumulus on Alaaddin Hill. Then proceed to Thin Minaret Mosque before heading back to Cappadocia or Konya airport. End of our services.
BALLOONING IN CAPPADOCIA
Pick up from the hotel roughly one hour before the sunrise (Around 04:00 o’clock) and transfer to the base. After serving tea, coffee and cookies while waiting for the other participants proceed to the take-off field designated for that day. After a safety briefing delivered by the pilot, climb in to the baskets and take off. Rise to the altitudes of several hundred meters to have a good view of the area and drift through the valleys and canyons for some 60 minutes. On landing, have a traditional celebration party with champagne and cakes. Thereafter transfer back to the hotel.
TURKISH NIGHT SHOW IN CAPPADOCIA
Pick up from the hotel at 18:30 or 20:30 depending on whether to opt for dinner or not and then transfer to the rock-carved restaurant at which the show will take place. The performance will be featuring traditional dances from the seven different regions of Turkey as well as an oriental belly-dance show. Transfer back to the hotel (This can be booked with or without dinner. Both options include fruits and unlimited local drinks).
WHIRLING DERVISHES SHOW IN CAPPADOCIA
Pick up from the hotel at 17:30 or 20:30 depending on the preferred time for a one-hour performance of Whirling Dervishes, an authentic ceremony in a mystic ambience. Transfer back to the hotel (No meals are supplied)

HALF DAY JEEP SAFARI IN CAPPADOCIA
Pick up from the hotel and hit the road for the adventure. Drive from Goreme to Cavusin through Love Valley with frequent photo stops en route. On arrival to Cavusin town walk up to the old city carved on to the rocks and see the Church of St. John the Baptist, one of the oldest cave churches in Cappadocia. Thereafter, continue on to Ortahisar via Rose Valley with photo stops. After visiting the picturesque Ortahisar Castle proceed to Uzengi Valley driving along the brook bank to see the pigeon houses carved into the rocks. Then arrive in Mustafapasa Village (Sinasos), a former Greek town that was inhabited by the Greeks until the population exchange in 1924. After some relaxing time in the town drive back to Goreme via Pancarlik, Pigeons and Babaccik valleys. Transfer back to the hotel and end of our services.

Pick up from the hotel and hit the road for the adventure. Drive from Goreme to Ortahisar via Rose Valley with photo stops. After visiting the picturesque Ortahisar Castle proceed to Uzengi Valley driving along the brook bank to see the pigeon houses carved into the rocks. Then continue on to Gomeda Valley to explore the hidden beauties with the most greenery valley of Cappadocia. Proceed to Golgoli Hills bearing lovely rock formations near the Damsa Lake and location of the sky observation station. Then arrive in Mustafapasa Village (Sinasos), a former Greek town that was inhabited by the Greeks until the population exchange in 1924. After a short walk in the village with Greek mansions drive on to Urgup for lunch. Thereafter, drive to Cavusin via Rose Valley. On arrival to Cavusin town walk up to the old city carved on to the rocks and see the Church of St. John the Baptist, one of the oldest cave churches in Cappadocia. Visit Love Valley to see the highest fairy-chimneys of Cappadocia before returning to the hotel.
